Kiss Metamorphosis

I love the Tales from ancient history greatly, yet my understanding of English is much better than talking skills. Thus this post will be short - I will jump over the story straight to the conclusion.
In ancient times it was common that a frog transforms into the beauty at a moment the hero kiss her. Such approach drastically changed nowadays- the hero looks for a soap now. So to speak, we are willing not to kiss but wash other despite the endless talks on love.
This shift of mindset explains the cause of current awe towards the fabulous magnificence of the ancient castles (7 Worlds Wonders and the alike)
Thus the history questions what's the love. Is that the acceptance of next to me, or the battle for the improvement of our neighbors?
